A useful first brief contains six items
- Acceptable date range and half-day or full-day preference.
- Number of drivers, guests and crew.
- Own cars, rental race cars, karts or motorcycles required.
- Driving, training, test drive, team event or filming goal.
- Timing, coaching, medical, photography, catering or transfer support.
- Budget range and non-negotiable items.
